Couldn’t be happier with the ring, superb quality. Great touch that you get sent a silver version of the ring whilst you wait for the real ring to be made. I was able to see that I needed a smaller size, so informed customer service and the ring size for the real ring was altered right away. I even had the option to send back the silver ring to get the correct size which I did, and it was incredibly easy to get the exchange.

Ordered a ring for Christmas...sample arrived and we approved....actual ring arrived in time and we were kept up to date with all developments and dates...outstanding and I would recommend Jian extremely highly.
