Got this as a gift for my mother for Christmas. She wore it for 5 days and it snapped half way along the chain ( ie, not the clasp). Couldn’t find how to get it returned / replaced so wasted £90 on it. Hi Faun, Our customer services team will contact you tomorrow to get this repaired/replaced for free under warranty.
