Purchased 2 bracelets with different clasps and wanted a particular clasp and alter size of one bracelet. Telephoned company to make a return request. Very helpful and advised. Product returned and was sent new size and the required clasp. Was not charged for new delivery. Will definitely use this company again. Product as described and much cheaper than other companies.
