Great service from Jian. I ordered the wrong size. They sent a ring sizer by email which worked perfectly and the exchange was back within a couple of days. A month later the ruby went missing from the ring. Impossible to know whether this was a fault with the ring or down to user error, but Jian repaired without issue. Will use again.
