Item was deliverec when stated. Presentation of goods excellent. One of the earings was broken. As it was xmas present my wife was disappointed. Sent email on xmas day and to my surprise received reply, excellent customer service. Replacement was sent next working day. Would definitely use company again

Fabulous earrings

These earrings were bought as a Christmas present for my mum and she loved them. Due to her having a minor operation in January she left wearing the earrings until after, following the op and on taking them out of the box the clasp on one of them was not working. Within a week of my returning the earrings they were replaced with a perfect new pair, and they are stunning.
